On this trip to London I attended two sessions at the Independent Theatre Council - Building Effective Boards and Finance Explained.
While I was offered learning I could action in my practice at both of these sessions, what remained with me from this visit was the following principles. How should we communicate with our board? How should we communicate with our staff? How should we communicate with our audiences?
